Pedí un una alfombra vinílica personalizada y ha quedado preciosa, el envío fue rapidísimo. Tuve un problema porque me equivoqué con un código de descuento y el servicio de atención al cliente me lo resolvió. También faltó por llegar un pack de adhesivos y me los enviaron enseguida. Recomiendo a Tenvinilo. Gracias!

Important Notes

1) Please provide the design in the highest resolution possible, preferably in a vector format such as EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator) or SVG, Corel

2) If your design does not meet our high-definition standards, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

3) If your design requires additional work due to its complexity, this may result in an increased cost.

4) If you experience difficulties uploading your image due to file size or format restrictions, you can send it to us via email at info.ie@tenstickers.com.

5) Convert word documents (.doc) to pdf format

6) The rug's finish is always matte.

7) It is important to bear in mind that the silhouettes of the rugs should always be as solid as possible, preferably geometric shapes such as squares, ellipses, etc.

8) The measurements will be calculated in proportion to the entire design you upload, so be careful if your image has white margins around it. We strongly recommend you get rid of these margins. When we produce your vinyl rug, we will base our designs on the desired width and make the height proportional.

9) Finally, if you decide you would no longer like to proceed with your order and we have not started production, we will refund your money quickly. Contact us!
