1. How do I create my own personalized wallpaper?
Upload your desired image or design directly on our service page. Then, select the desired roll size. You can adjust the cropping and immediately see how your design looks. As soon as you are satisfied, we will start production.
2. What material is the wallpaper made of?
At Tenstickers, we focus on durability and aesthetics. Our wallpapers consist of high-quality non-woven fabric (Non-Woven) with a weight of approx. 150g/m². This material is particularly robust, easy to apply, and features an elegant matte finish that prevents annoying light reflections.
3. How can I check if my image has a sufficient resolution?
The most important thing is: the larger the file, the better the result. But don't worry, our team manually checks every design before printing. Should the resolution not be sufficient for your desired size, we will contact you personally to find the best solution together.
4. How much wallpaper do I need for my wall?
To find out how many rolls you need, you can use these calculation formulas:
Your room perimeter x (room height + 0.10m wastage*) / surface area of the roll.
With our 0.50m × 3.00m = 1.5 m² rolls. With our 0.50m × 10.00m = 5 m² rolls.
*For wallpapers with precise patterns, the wastage can be larger. We recommend calculating with slightly more wastage rather than too little.
5. What size and format should my image file be?
We accept common formats such as JPG and PNG. For graphics, vector files like SVG are ideal. Make sure that the file is as uncompressed as possible (avoid WhatsApp images or screenshots). If your file is very large or has a special format, you are also welcome to send it to us directly by email.
6. Can I replace or view files I’ve already uploaded?
Yes, absolutely. In our configurator, you will see an immediate preview of your image. If you want to try a different motif, you can delete the current file and upload a new one at any time before completing the ordering process.
7. My wall isn’t completely smooth, can I still apply the wallpaper?
For the best result, we recommend a smooth, clean, and dry surface. Our high-quality non-woven material is opaque and can mask minimal color differences on the wall, but on heavily textured walls (e.g., coarse plaster or woodchip wallpaper), the adhesion may be impaired. We advise smoothing out coarse irregularities beforehand. For detailed questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
8. How long do production and delivery take?
We work efficiently so that you can enjoy your decorations as quickly as possible. Production usually takes 2–3 working days after order confirmation. After manufacturing, shipping takes place within 5 to 7 days.
You will receive a tracking number from us. If you would like to speed up production, select the "Priority Service" option in the shopping cart.
With this service, the production time is reduced to 24 hours. For orders outside of Europe, the delivery time is 14 working days.
9. What does it mean to receive a sample image?
A "sample image" is a digital preview (proof) that we send to you by email upon request. This allows you to see exactly how your image will be distributed across the different wallpaper strips before we start printing. This gives you maximum security that everything will look exactly as you imagined in the end.
