1. What materials is the mousepad made of?

At Tenstickers, we focus on premium quality and durability. Our mousepads are made of a high-quality, non-slip vinyl material, consisting of 85% PVC and 15% polyester. The bottom is designed to adhere firmly to your desk through friction (rubber or PVC-based), while the top offers a smooth structure for precise mouse movements. Additionally, the material is waterproof, allergy-friendly, and 100% recyclable.

2. How do I clean my mousepad?

Caring for your Tenstickers products is very simple! Since our mousepads are made of water-repellent and stain-resistant vinyl, you can easily wipe them with a damp cloth and some mild soap. Avoid aggressive chemicals such as alcohol or bleach so that the colors and texture remain like new for years.

3. How long does delivery take?

We work with agility so you can enjoy your decoration as soon as possible. Generally, production takes 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Once manufactured, the delivery time is 5-7 days. We will always keep you informed with a tracking number. If you wish to speed up the production process, you can select the "Priority Production Service" option available in the shopping cart. With this service, the production period is reduced to 24 business hours. In the event that the order is shipped outside of Europe, the shipping period is 14 business days.
